✅ Grinding of rotary blades

Proper blade maintenance helps improve cutting performance, reduce machine load, and extend the service life of the granulator.

From actual installations, one of the advantages of using our GOFENIX Infrared Heater is the significant reduction in the heater barrel’s surface temperature.
The temperature can drop from approximately 200°C to below 60°C.

This helps create a safer and more comfortable working environment for operators, while also reducing the cooling load on the factory’s air-conditioning system, leading to additional energy savings.

จากการติดตั้งใช้งานจริง หนึ่งในข้อดีของการใช้ GOFENIX Infrared Heater ของเรา คือสามารถลดอุณหภูมิผิวของฮีตเตอร์ที่กระบอกเครื่องได้อย่างมากเลยค่ะ
โดยอุณหภูมิผิวสามารถลดลงจากประมาณ 200°C เหลือต่ำกว่า 60°C
