Live from Alpi®️/Winsteel®️ 🇮🇳 commissioning of Alpi®️Long-Line Mould (LLM) "STANDARD" double match-casting method to L&T Construction at MPSB job site (Palashbari Sualkuchi Bridges Project). 4-lane extradoses PSC Bridge over the River Brahmaputra connecting Palashbari and Sualkuchi including viaduct approaches and river draining work.
Alpi®️/Winsteel®️ 🇮🇳 is delivering state-of-the-art equipment for producing B/C-haunch and standard/typical single-cell segments with internal and external struts, as well as permanent and temporary blisters for the cable-stayed bridges.
Each Alpi®️ LLM casting cell/mould is fully integrated with advanced hydraulic systems, enabling fully automated casting of both straight and curved spans using the same equipment. The soffit and inner core formwork systems are designed for self-adjustment, accommodating tight curvature spans with precision.

• Six (6) highly complex double match-casting methods production lines (casting cells/moulds)
• Total weight: ~2,400 metric tons
• Completion timeframe: 4–6 months, including FAT
Alpi®️ offers FULL PACKAGE SERVICE solutions for all types of segment girder moulds, supporting single, double, or triple-cell configurations. Our advanced methodologies include short-line, long-line (single, double, and triple match-casting methods), and full-span casting for B/C-haunch and standard/typical segments/spans. We also provide Casting Geometry Control Software (GCS) for precise segment production.
