the Dhammacakkappavattana Sutta, to the five ascetics.

On this day, Venerable Kondañña attained enlightenment,
marking the establishment of the Triple Gem:
the Buddha, the Dhamma, and the Sangha.

May this sacred occasion inspire us to practice generosity,
observe the precepts, listen to the Dhamma, and cultivate mindfulness and compassion.

May the teachings of the Buddha bring wisdom, peace, and happiness to all.
