🎯📢เจาะลึก 5 กลไกปั้น ‘ชิปเมดอินไทยแลนด์’ ยุทธศาสตร์ชาติเดิมพันสูง สู่เป้าหมาย 2.5 ล้านล้านบาท!
เมื่อประเทศไทยวาง “โรดแมปเซมิคอนดักเตอร์แห่งชาติ” นี่ไม่ใช่แค่แผนงานทั่วไปแต่คือเดิมพันครั้งสำคัญที่จะเปลี่ยนไทยจาก “ผู้ประกอบ” สู่ “ผู้ผลิต” ภายใต้วิสัยทัศน์ “ชิปเมดอินไทยแลนด์ (Made-in-Thailand Chips)” ภายในปี 2050 ด้วยเป้าหมายดึงดูดเม็ดเงินลงทุนมหาศาลกว่า 2.5 ล้านล้านบาท และสร้างกองทัพบุคลากรทักษะสูงกว่า 230,000 คน

🧠โฟกัสจุดแข็ง แข่งในเกมที่เราชนะ
จากการศึกษาเชิงลึกร่วมกับบริษัทที่ปรึกษาระดับโลกอย่าง Roland Berger พบว่า แม้อุตสาหกรรมต้นน้ำของไทยจะอยู่ในช่วงเริ่มต้นแต่เรามีศักยภาพสูงใน 5 กลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์หลัก ได้แก่ Power, Sensor, Photonics, Analog และ Discrete ซึ่งเป็นหัวใจของเทรนด์โลกอย่าง ยานยนต์ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โทรคมนาคม ดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์ เทคโนโลยี AI ระบบออโตเมชั่น และการแพทย์
ยุทธศาสตร์ระยะ 5 ปีแรกจึงมุ่งเน้นต่อยอดจุดแข็งเดิม เช่น กิจการประกอบและทดสอบชิป (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test: OSAT) การออกแบบชิป (IC Design) และกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ขั้นสูง ควบคู่กับการผลักดันให้เกิดการลงทุนผลิตชิปต้นน้ำ (Wafer Fabrication) และปั้นผู้ประกอบการไทยให้เป็น Local Champion

🔎The 5 Key Drivers 5 กลไกเปลี่ยนเกม
เพื่อให้เป้าหมายที่ท้าทายนี้เป็นจริง ร่างยุทธศาสตร์ฯ ได้วางกลไกขับเคลื่อน 5 ด้านสำคัญ ไว้ดังนี้
✨1. สิทธิประโยชน์ เช่น การให้เงินสนับสนุนและเงินกู้ดอกเบี้ยต่ำในระยะยาว เพื่อดึงดูดโครงการลงทุนเป้าหมาย
✨2. บุคลากรทักษะสูง เช่น การพัฒนาหลักสูตรและความร่วมมือระหว่างภาคอุตสาหกรรมกับสถาบันการศึกษาทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เพื่อสร้างบุคลากรด้านวิศวกรรมเซมิคอนดักเตอร์และการวิจัยขั้นสูง รวมทั้งการยกระดับทักษะแรงงานผ่านการฝึกอบรมวิชาชีพเฉพาะทาง
✨3. เทคโนโลยี เช่น การยกระดับศูนย์เทคโนโลยีไมโครอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (TMEC) และศูนย์วิจัย
ด้านเซมิคอนดักเตอร์ของสถาบันการศึกษา การสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างรัฐ เอกชน และสถาบันการศึกษาในการวิจัยและพัฒนา
