🔧💡 : Here's how to master these challenges!
1️⃣ Choose the right treads:
High-quality polyurethane castors, such as Besthane® Soft, offer high dynamic load capacity and low rolling resistance, ideal for route trains.

2️⃣ Ensure ground contact:
To ensure constant ground contact, we also recommend combining them with a spring-loaded bracket.

3️⃣ Configure the trolley optimally:
When designing the trolley of the attached load carrier, it should be noted that two of the four attached castors run fixed in train mode. This can be achieved either by equipping the trolley with two fixed castors or two swivel castors that can be directionally locked.

Battery modules weighing over 2.2 tonnes had to be moved every two hours along a production line – safely, manually and even in confined spaces.

Together with Richter Spezial GmbH, a specially designed transport trolley with ErgoMove 4000 was developed for this purpose – precisely manoeuvrable thanks to its low height. ✅

"🚀🤖 Cobots in action!

RK Rose+Krieger GmbH develops modular automation systems. Together with Mitsubishi Electric, they have created a mobile cobot solution that makes significantly more flexible and efficient.

😰The challenge:
The cobots should not be permanently installed, but rather used flexibly at different stations. At the same time, they must position loads of up to 300 kg precisely – with millimetre accuracy, over short distances, with frequent starting and braking, and on slight inclines.

🎯The solution
The mobile trolleys are equipped with patented sensor technology that detects their exact position and automatically adjusts the cobot's movements. Supported by the electric drive system, the trolleys can be pushed, steered and braked intuitively and ergonomically.
