Corporate culture is defined both by values written on paper and in everyday decisions, leadership and the way organizations support employee wellbeing.

This was one of the key messages at the Zelena Slovenija event “Corporate culture in the spotlight – How to manage it?”, where our colleague Tamara Cetkovic, Global Director of Transformation and Sustainable Development at Iskraemeco, participated in a round table discussion with representatives of Slovenian companies. What happens after smart meter rollout begins to scale?

This was one of the key questions discussed at the Iskraemeco Greece Roadshow 2026 in Athens, where utilities, partners, and experts came together to exchange practical experience from ongoing projects.

The discussions reflected a broader shift happening across the industry. While rollout ex*****on remains critical, the focus is increasingly moving toward how utilities use data to improve performance, efficiency, and everyday operations.

Grounded in real experience from the HEDNO smart metering rollout, the roadshow opened conversations around analytics, operational value, water metering, and the next phase of smart utility infrastructure.

Over the past year, we prepared an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for the IE.X product family and completed external verification of Scope 1 and 2 CO₂ emissions. We also continue investing in renewables and tracking avoided emissions to better understand the real impact of our solutions in use.
