Corporate culture is defined both by values written on paper and in everyday decisions, leadership and the way organizations support employee wellbeing.
This was one of the key messages at the Zelena Slovenija event “Corporate culture in the spotlight – How to manage it?”, where our colleague Tamara Cetkovic, Global Director of Transformation and Sustainable Development at Iskraemeco, participated in a round table discussion with representatives of Slovenian companies. In Iskraemeco strong corporate culture is built through trust, accountability and clear values brought to life in daily practice.
