We are proud to share one of our long-term projects completed for one of 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. 🎉
Across 80 stores, we supplied and installed doors in a semivertical configuration on existing refrigerated display units.
To maintain a smooth and 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐫-𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, we equipped the doors with hydraulic hinges, allowing precise control of opening force and preventing the doors from closing too quickly, even when mounted at an angle.
Because each refrigerator model was different, we developed custom-made intermediate profiles for every unit. Each cooler was measured individually, and the doors were manufactured to fit each specific model. This ensured clean installation and consistent performance across all locations.
The results speak clearly:
