Replace the fuses and it'll probably start. 🧰

That was the easy answer. SANY engineer Yang Xiaxi didn't take it.

A dead electric wheel loader, a stopped production line, and a rainy Saturday in Singapore. Yang assessed the fault remotely within an hour and was on site that afternoon. His first step was to isolate the high-voltage system for safety. Only then did he start diagnostics, tracing the fault to a CAN bus short to ground and two blown fuses.

A fuse blows for a reason. So he kept going. With our factory technicians, he tracked down the root cause. The component was replaced, the high-voltage system tested, and the machine went back to full load.

Strengthening Partnerships, Building the Future Together 🤝

On 7 August 2026, SANY hosted a Customer Service Symposium in Singapore with our valued partner, Tat Hong Holdings Ltd, creating an open platform for dialogue on service, collaboration and shared growth.

The session provided an opportunity to reflect on a partnership that continues to move forward. In March this year, the management teams of SANY and Tat Hong gathered in Huzhou to witness the delivery of a batch of SANY crawler cranes, marking another milestone in our cooperation.

This commitment continues on the ground every day, from a proactive inspection programme covering Tat Hong’s fleet to responsive cross-border support. When assistance was needed at a project site in Malaysia, our Singapore service team arrived within hours to provide on-site support.
