ISDN subsidiary NovaPeak secures S$1 Million AI-powered building inspection contract for HDB buildings
NovaPeak’s automated building inspection solution uses leading-edge AI models and drone technology to make inspections safer, more cost-effective and less intrusive.
SINGAPORE, 19 January 2026 – ISDN Holdings Limited (“ISDN”, the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) announces that NovaPeak Pte. Ltd. (“NovaPeak”, a subsidiary of ISDN), has secured contracts to use its automated AI and drone powered solution to inspect HDB buildings.
NovaPeak’s solution uses its digital inspection and reporting platform, LiveInspect.AI, to analyse building defects to determine a range of wear, safety, compliance and performance factors. The inspections are carried out onsite with drones, improving the consistency and accuracy of inspections, and reducing safety risks and costs.
The S$1 million in inspection contracts cover:
(i) Façade inspection for over 1,400 HDB residential blocks; and
(ii) Periodic Façade inspection services for 50 HDB multi-storey carparks.
The awards are not expected to have a material impact on the Company’s net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. None of the directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transactions, other than through their respective shareholdings in the Company.
NovaPeak’s innovative solutions
Since its incorporation in 2022, NovaPeak has inspected over 900 buildings across Singapore, completing over 2,000 drone missions covering over 2 million square metres of building facades.
NovaPeak has established a strong track record in technology-enabled building inspection services, applying AI-assisted analytics and drone-based data capture to reduce reliance on labour-intensive access methods such as gondolas and lifts, while supporting professional inspection and regulatory compliance.
