We would like to thank SCT Construction Pte Ltd to work on the Tai Pei Yuen Temple. One of the special part of this project is the smoke purging system installed in the main prayer hall. This system provides fresh air into the hall when the air-con system is not is used. The project was managed by our Snr Project Engineer Min.

We would like to thank the owners of this detached house on Margoliouth Road, Holden Tiling & Construction Pte Ltd and PTA Consultants for the opportunity to participate in this project. We used Dakin’s VRV X series ceiling ducted, cassette and wall mounted fan coil units to provide a harmonious and refined environment for the comfort of the owners. We would like to thank Hong Kiat Construction Pte Ltd for the opportunity to participate in the construction of a detached house on Dunbar Walk. Working with consultant HPX Consulting Engineers Pte Ltd we used Dakin VRV ducted units coupled with metal jacketed pipework and centrally controlled by Daikin's Intelligent-touch Manager. Our team was led by our Engineer Hardi and Team Leader Iyappan.

We are proud to have been able to be part of the team which transformed one of Singapore's oldest "black and white" style of residential architecture The Inverturret, into the Botanical Art Gallery housing rare books and artwork that date back almost 400years. Humidity control had to be considered and delicate hands for the installation of the air-conditioning were important factors in the successful completion of this projects.
