🔧 Honda K20 Engine Rebuild & Restoration Completed 🔧

Another K-Series restored at J’s Garage!

This project involved a complete engine & gearbox overhaul, steering rack & undercarriage restoration. The engine was fully stripped down, inspected, cleaned, and rebuilt using brand new genuine Honda components.

✅ Complete engine teardown, inspection and clean-up
✅ New pistons, conrods, & bearings installed
✅ Timing chain, guides and tensioner replacement
✅ Oil pump replaced
✅ Cooling system refreshed with new components
✅ Steering rack replacement
✅ Fuel system hoses replacement
✅ Genuine Honda seals, gaskets, bearings and service parts throughout
✅ Gearbox bearings & synchros replacement
✅ Thorough cleaning and reassembly
