Established in 1987, our investment metal casting foundry and CNC machining factory, Kerry-IntraTainer Precision Metal (Dongying) Co., Ltd, is a wholly owned enterprise that is invested in the construction industry under the Hong Kong based Kerry Group. Strategically located in the Kenli Economic Development Zone of Dongying City in the Shandong Province, with a distance of 500 meters away from the Rong Wu highway and 20km away from the Dongying Shengli Airport, our foundry represents us as a spacious business communication platform with convenient logistics accessibility. The foundry spans 30,000m2, supported by manpower consisting of 52 employees. There is also a engineering team, consisting of 10 professional engineers and technical personnel. Our foundry acts as an Integrated Manufacturing Enterprise which combines Investment Casting, Pre-coated Sand Casting, CNC Machining and Surface Polishing Treatment into one stop. We produce iron, copper, aluminum and other materials, based on precision castings and also the precise machinings of these products. The produced castings are widely used, mainly in the automotive, marine, engineering vehicles, machinery, food, chemical, medical, construction industries. Our investment casting methods also uses the advanced colloidal silica manufacturing process, giving us the advantage of being able to produce all forms of steel, be it carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel or heat-resistant steel. The process is also able produce other forms of metal, enabling us to also create iron-based, copper or aluminum products. With the modern structure of investment casting production, Kerry-Intra also introduced an advanced production line, Pre-coated Sand Casting Manufacturing, producing gray iron and other various grades of ductile iron. Our yearly handling capacity is approximately to 1,500 tons. For our CNC machining, we use CNC lathe and CNC machining centres that are made in Taiwan and Korea, all capable of processes products with high precision, topped with great surface finishing. Surface treatments include 3 types of polishing process – abrasive belt polishing, vibration rumbling and electro polishing. Handling capacity is appoximately 100 tons per month. We are well equipped with a full range of production and testing equipment, imported from the United States, Germany, Switzerland and Taiwan. Such machines include, but are not restricted to: automatic wax injection machine, CNC lathe, CNC machining center, spectrometer, 3D coordinator, projector, salt spray test machine, metallographic composition analyzer etc. Our material standards include Chinese GB, American ASTM and AISI, German DIN, Japanese JIS and British BS etc. We have also established our own sales network. 90% of our products are exported to many countries and regions, such as the United States, South Korea, Australia, Germany, Sweden, Singapore, Spain and Taiwan.
