Please be informed that in compliance with the Governmentโs direction that urges businesses to use digital financial services and e-payments, minimise visits to the premises of financial institutions which will further contribute to the effectiveness of the elevated safe distancing measures announced by MOH, Standard Rolling Shutters Pte Ltd will be supporting the combined effort to fight against Covid-19 by reducing and phasing out paper workflows such as :
1 Printing and posting of hardcopy Tax Invoices, Statements of Accounts (SOA), etc. These paper workflows will be replaced by contactless processes such as sending of softcopies through emails and WhatsApp messages by account managers.
2 Acceptance of cheques - Kindly make payment via digital payment via PayNow Corporate (UEN 197802872C) & Internet Banking and email [email protected] and the account manager to inform us of the payment settlement/transaction details.
To our Vendors & Suppliers
We will be phasing out paper payment such as the issuance of cheques and replacing it with contactless digital payment such as Interbank GIRO (IBG). Through the use of this system, funds will be credited directly into your nominated bank account or PayNow Corporate account, thus minimizing the amount of manual processing that you would normally encounter with incoming cheque payments. Please reach out to [email protected] to fill up the โDirect Credit Authorization (DCA) Formโ and return it to us to ensure timely payment.
