🚀 Proud moment for Lian Eng!

We are excited to share NTUC SME’s feature on Lian Eng Pte Ltd, showcasing an interview with our Director, Mr Daniel Tan, together with Mr Kiu from our Business Development Team.

An incredible milestone and an inspiring experience 🇯🇵✨

Lian Eng was honoured to be invited to the 120th Anniversary of Bando Chemical Industries, Ltd, celebrating 120 years of innovation and global leadership.

Our Executive Director, Mr Daniel Tan, was in Japan for the celebrations — joining partners from around the world at the Bando Techno Fair 2026 and anniversary events.

One of the highlights was meeting Mr Tomio Ueno, President and Representative Director of Bando Chemical Industries, Ltd — a proud moment that reflects the strength of our partnership and shared commitment to excellence.

Another project completed — helping logistics operations move faster and smarter. 🚚⚙️

Lian Eng is pleased to share the successful delivery, testing, and commissioning of a Telescopic Conveyor System for Maersk. 📦

Designed to support high-volume logistics operations, the system enables faster truck loading and unloading while improving safety and efficiency on the ground. Telescopic conveyors play a key role in modern warehouse and distribution environments by helping operators reduce manual handling and increase throughput. ⚡

Our team managed the delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring the system was fully operational and ready for deployment. 🛠️

Our Tuas facility is now powered in part by a 242 kW solar photovoltaic system, generating clean renewable energy directly on-site.

🧧🥢 Huat Ah! Wrapping Up Chinese New Year at Lian Eng!

Yesterday marked the 15th and final day of the Lunar New Year, and the Lian Eng team gathered for our traditional Lo Hei (捞鱼生) right outside the office.

With chopsticks raised high, we tossed the Yu Sheng together — wishing for prosperity, success, and abundance for the year ahead! 🍊

It was a great afternoon filled with laughter, team spirit, and festive energy, with colleagues, friends, and family coming together to celebrate the final day of the Lunar New Year season.

And of course… no celebration is complete without great food! 🍕
Pizza, festive snacks, and plenty of good cheer were shared by everyone.
