We are a Singapore company that designs and builds our own machines for the food industry in South Asia. Our machines are design and manufacture locally.

Specialising in machines for Asian cuisines like satay, yakitori, otah, processed cheeses, confectionary spreads, filling and packing processes. Our Double Head Volumetric Filler for 1500ml bottles is highly accurate, consistent and very easy to use. The filling range is 150 to 1500ml, hence the nozzle head carrier and the bottle guides are adjusted to cater to the different bottles that the users might have.

The machine can be started by simply stepping on a foot pedal instead of pressing a button. Making it much easier and faster for the operator. Filling speed is also adjusted depending on the product is it is sensitive to foaming.

In this short video, our Auto Bag Fill and Seal machine fills the empty preformed bag with soup; the weight has been preset. After the filling weight is achieved, the nozzle retracts, brings the bag up for sealing and discharge it into a collection tray below. An empty bag is already on standby to continue the cycle.

This machine allows operators to be freed up to perform other tasks. There are alarms that will notify the users if there is no more bag, soup, etc.

We customised the moulds to individual client's requirements. In this video, we are running skewering test on those moulds. As one can see, the top piece of each skewer are not skewered. This is due to the positioning of the sensor, it controls how far the cylinder "pushes" the bamboo skewer through the mould.

A simple adjustment to the position and all of the meat and leek was skewered through.

We design and build pneumatic capper for your various capping needs. This is a hand held manual version that is powered by compressed air. The driver rotates the capper at high rpm to screw your cap quickly and powerfully to the mouth of the bottle.

The capper has adjustable rotation settings as well.

A short clip on how various ingredients are loaded into our MFSC; lighter ones by hand, while the heavier ones by a lifting system. All controls on the MFSC for easier usage by the operator.

KSE Multi Function Steam Cooker is equipped with dual steam heating, vacuum, up to 1,500rpm rotating knives, cooling and scraper. This allows the ingredients to be heated and melded quickly and efficiently. 1 batch typically takes less than 15 minutes.

The finished processed cheese is unloaded into a hopper with pump to transfer it to a packing machine, while it is happening, the operator is already preparing the 2nd batch for processing.

How about some hotdogs skewering with flat bamboo skewers? The machine can be used with round or flat bamboo skewers without any component change. Remove the old sticks, add the new ones in and viola, you can start the skewering again.

Can you skewer 5mm thin meat slices asked a client. We said, let's try.

The challenge here is the round bamboo skewers are averaging 3-3.3mm in diameter. And the meat slices are around 5mm, i.e there is less an 1mm on each side of the skewer. To skewer every piece well, we have to tailor the mould trays to suit for one, try to standardise the meat cutting to be as consistent and even as possible.

Fair enough not all meat pieces are skewered but most were skewered nicely in the center.
