When can dive operators say no?

Dive operators can cancel a dive or refuse service, not just for medical or certification issues. Safety is the priority. That includes concerns like:

🚫 Intoxication
⚠️ Reckless behavior
📛 Ignoring safety protocols
🔧 Damaged or unsafe gear

If it’s a consistent and safety-related reason, they have the right to act.
