The Government has taken steps to ensure that all Singaporeans will have access to masks for use when feeling unwell. We are deploying these masks to strengthen our collective community defense.
From this Saturday (1 February 2020) at 2pm, Singaporeans may proceed to their nearest Residents' Committee (RC) centres and Community Clubs (CCs) to collect a set of 4 masks for their household. Collection can be done from 10am to 9pm and will continue until Sunday (9 February 2020). In YCK we will do so by RC zones. A schedule of which RC zone to be available for collection on any particular day will be put up in the lifts of all our blocks by today. There is enough masks for every household so please collect only on the day designated for your block. We want to avoid over crowding during the collection process. We will prioritize it for those who are vulnerable first. Do look out for the collection schedules in your lifts this evening.
Remember: only who are sick need to put on the masks. DO NOT use the masks now when you are well. Let’s all do our part to tackle this issue together. 💪
