Since our establishment in July 2017, our team of passionate mechanics has delivered numerous successful sales and service experiences, utilizing diagnostic troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance for all customers. tment to outstanding customer service is reflected in the quality of our products and the personalized attention we provide to every client. In January 2018, we reached a milestone by establishing a cafe and relaxation area for riders, creating a welcoming meeting point for group rides and a convenient space for repairs and services. We understand that riders value not only the quality of their equipment, but also the community that surrounds them. In 2019, Scootway achieved another milestone by becoming the first local reseller to enter the USA e-scooter market with the launch of SCOOTWAY USA LLC at 1st Street Unit C1 Hoboken, NJ 07030, United States. This move allowed us to extend our exceptional customer service to a broader audience and continue to deliver innovative and reliable products. We expanded our offerings in January 2020 by adding bicycles and repair services for heartlanders, providing a wider range of options for our customers. Our bicycles come in a variety of styles, including foldable, mountain, road, and city bikes. Our team of expert mechanics ensures that every bike is in top condition and ready for you to ride. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, we remained committed to providing the best possible customer service and increasing our knowledge of the latest trade developments. In June 2020, we launched e-commerce platforms on Shopee and Lazada, expanding our reach to customers and offering new products and services. In May 2021, we established a new warehouse to facilitate stocks of bicycles and increase product stock counts, further expanding our offerings. In June 2021, SCOOTWAY USA LLC relocated to New York for expansion, with a new address at 79 Madison St, New York, NY 10002, United States. Finally, in August 2021, we launched our own 20" Foldie Bicycle branded as "ENVY" SCWY, a testament to our commitment to providing innovative and quality products to our customers. At Scootway, we are dedicated to providing the best products and customer service, and we look forward to serving you with our range of electric scooters, e-bikes, bicycles, and accessories.
