Last week, we held our annual Serial Products, Rental, and Automation Conference in Pattaya, Thailand, bringing together colleagues from different countries, fostering an environment of collaboration and knowledge-sharing with a heavy focus on automation.
The first day started with a review of the past conferences, setting the stage for what this year holds. Top performers were recognized to celebrate their achievements and then the day moved onto a refresher on MHE’s automation solutions and aftersales service.
Day two’s theme was all about collaboration, as each country took the stage to share their current challenges, opportunities, and plans moving forward. Each country’s presentation held insights into their respective markets, giving other countries a deeper understanding of what goes on in each country.
The final day was all about what’s next, as the team looks forward to the future. A product and frontline handshake was established, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the strategies and action plans moving forward.
It was an insightful 3-day conference, filled with knowledge and energy, as the team is excited and geared up for what’s next. Cheers to innovating for the future!
