**Job Description:**
We are seeking a talented and experienced Facade Designer/Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of working experience in facade design and drafting, with a strong skillset in multitasking, time management, interpersonal skills, computer skills, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, teamwork, communication, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Experience in curtain wall and Facade Engineering Design with vast experience in shop drawings, fabrication drawings, VMU, PMU, Embed Drawings.
Knowledge in Facade and Curtain Wall design is required, ability to understand job scope and have strong ability to visualise.
Ensure accuracy and quality of drawings produced
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Communicate effectively with project teams and Clients when required.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum qualification of Post Secondary/Diploma in relevant field
- 5-10 years of working experience in facade design and drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit (added advantage) or Autodesk Inventor (added advantage)
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
