Wirecut EDM Process: Splitting a Metal Part in Half with a Small Gap

Overview
Wirecut Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) is a precision method used to separate metal parts without mechanical contact. It is ideal for splitting a single part into two clean halves while maintaining a uniform and small gap (as small as ~0.3 mm), suitable for high-precision applications.
