We’re excited to share that W2 Industrial Services Hub will be continuing our adoption journey with Arabella at Mandai Wildlife Reserve!

What first drew us to Arabella was her beauty and gentle presence, and over the years we’ve also grown fond of her playful and cheeky personality through the updates shared by the team. Our employees always look forward to visiting her and seeing how well she is cared for.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support wildlife care and conservation efforts, and we hope more organisations will join in supporting such meaningful initiatives.

Earlier this week, our team at W2 Industrial Services Hub held our annual Chinese New Year celebration at the office.

This year, we did something a bit different and turned our recreational area into a mini-restaurant, with hotpot stations set up across a few tables. We kicked things off with a lively Lo Hei session, then enjoyed a hearty hotpot lunch together.

The afternoon was full of laughter and fun with some minigames, and of course, our annual CNY lucky draw was the highlight of the day.

As the festive season comes to a close, we’re thankful for the time spent together and for starting the Year of the Horse on such a positive note. Gong Xi Fa Cai!

W2 Industrial Services Hub recently visited Singapore Polytechnic's Advanced Materials Technology Centre to formally conclude a research collaboration conducted over the past several months, which was carried out in partnership with the School of Chemical & Life Sciences, on the upcycling of spent media used to remove H₂S gases from processes.

The study demonstrated that the spent media can be processed into a green additive with strengthening and pigmentation properties for construction-related applications, contributing to reduced disposal volumes and improved environmental sustainability.

We look forward to working alongside partners and stakeholders to build on our findings in upcycling spent media and reducing disposal at Pulau Semakau in Singapore. Together, we aim to co-create viable sustainable solutions, playing our part in protecting the planet and contributing to a more sustainable world.

Earlier this week, our team at W2 Industrial Services Hub spent the afternoon with a group of seniors at a community event organised in collaboration with Lions Befrienders.

The programme included light movement activities, simple team games, a bingo lucky draw, and a small Christmas celebration that we prepared. A few of our colleagues also took part in a light-hearted staff catwalk segment, which brought plenty of laughter and energy to the afternoon.

We appreciate the efforts of Lions Befrienders in supporting senior engagement, and we’re glad to be part of an initiative that brings people together in a warm and enjoyable way.

Our team at W2 Industrial Services Hub recently went on a fun-filled teambuilding trip to Bandung, Indonesia.

From 16th to 18th October, we took part in engaging team challenges, enjoyed local food, and visited scenic spots like Kawah Putih (White Crater) and the Cibuni Rengganis Crater. We also crossed the impressive Rengganis Suspension Bridge, which at about 370 metres long is reported as the longest suspension bridge in Southeast Asia. The trip concluded with a special lucky draw challenge during our dinner on the final night, featuring elements of our W2 core values—a fun and meaningful way to wrap up the trip.

It was a rewarding few days that brought us closer together, strengthened teamwork, and created lasting memories. Here’s to many more years of teamwork and shared success!

W2 Industrial Services Hub had the opportunity to participate in Singapore Polytechnic’s School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering Pre-internship & Industry Engagement (PIE) Session on 11 September 2025.

As part of the panel interview, we shared our experiences on working with interns from the school and exchanged insights with fellow industry partners. At W2, we believe internships provide valuable opportunities for students to gain real-world exposure while allowing us to contribute to their growth in both technical skills and professional development.

We look forward to continued collaboration with Singapore Polytechnic in nurturing future talents!

On 7th February, W2 Industrial Services Hub held our Annual Chinese New Year celebrations in our newly renovated office to ring in the new year! To kick things off, a Lion Dance troupe made its way through the entire office, from the 1st floor to the 3rd, spreading good luck and positive vibes. We were also blessed with a visit from Cai Shen Ye (God of Fortune), bringing extra prosperity to our celebrations. This celebration was extra special as it marked our first commemoration of the new year after our renovation.

The festivities continued with a lively Lohei session, a delicious lunch, fun mini-games, and an exciting lucky draw, where many lucky winners walked away with angbao cash prizes and hampers! It was a fantastic day filled with great moments.

We were grateful to have Mr. Lim Yong Wah, former Chairman of Jurong Health Services Board and National University Health System (NUHS) Board, and Mr. Low Wong F**k, former Principal & Senior Consultant of Singapore Polytechnic, grace the occasion with their presence.

A huge thank you to our organizing committee and everyone who contributed to making this celebration such a success!
