The second announcement is an update on my production line of 1/35 scale Resin Accessory Kits for US Armor.

The Scratched built and Sculpted Accesories are depicted by photos of actual M1s in the Iraq and Afghanistan war.

Set 01 contains 30+ different items with a quantity of duplicates amounting to 50+ items. (The tool kits, etc proposed in my previous post has been pushed back until I attain the required production equipment)

PRE-ORDERS ARE OPENED NOW BY EMAILING ME OR LIKING THIS POST.

No Payment required until All the Contents and Photos of this Kit is Posted and Ready to ship within This Month or Next!

Greetings All.🙂✌️
Here's a sneak peak of some items being scratch built that will be included in my first accessory kit to be produced in resin. (in the near future).
The finished kit will include around 30 different items that will complement the 1/35 scale M1 Abrams model kits depicted in the Afghanistan and Iraq war. However many of the items can be used on various AFVs.

One of my non priority side projects of the K-4386 variants, this one from Meng.
Primered lightly with Vallejo's Polyurethane Surface Primer Grey. The Splinter camouflage was airbrushed then masked in stages with Sand first then Black only around the required areas. Finishing it with Olive Green as the main color.

Airbrushed the NATO Black and Brown camouflage freehand, this aids the faded effect between the color edges. Especially a time saver than masking multiples of these kits.
Most of the camouflage on the sides wont be visible once the EAAK armor is installed... But being a bit OCD I needed the colors to be there correctly regardless.😅😜
Theres still color touch ups to do to get the correct pattern.

The generic prep paint work example for each of the multiple AAVs commissions. (Not all parts and added details are shown here)
Mr Surfacer 500 was brushed on to simulate anti slip texture for areas missing this detail.
55 tiny strips of styrene (see last pic) were softened over the photoetch exhaust grills using extra thin cement, then permanently affix with superglue.
Changed the 2 hexagon rods for the top hatches so they actually fit and work well to open and close. Some weld lines for ramp door and other details. Alot of clean up needed for these kits.
Tamiya texture paint was applied to the lower areas and running gear to aid with the weathering build up later. More texture has been applied to other areas and next batch up pics will show this and the paint work.

I've 3 SOCOM M-ATVs in the works.
This one being an 'early' version with Live Resin's CROWS added. The seats are the standard versions and some exterior differences compared to later versions.
As usual photo research was done online, quick drawings were made for the breakdown of parts and measurements amended for RyeField's M1240A1 and available Styrene sheets for scratch building. A lot of repetitive work making the strips with tiny annoying pin marks.
Special thanks to my trusty Samsung phone for zooming and screenshots to aid with the measurements.
