SPEQS Manufacturing Private Limited Singapore Precision Engineering Quality Services (SPEQS) serves the Oil&Gas, Healthcare, Aviation & Security industries with precision machined components.

SPEQS currently possesses a wide range of machining capabilities such as the Auto Lathe machines, CNC Machining Centers, CNC Turning Centers and horning facilities. In addition, SPEQS has special purpose machines including electro-mechanical deburring equipment to produce burr free quality precision components. SPEQS also provides value- added services to our customers with innovative engineering

solutions. We work closely with clients who require fast and reliable turn about time for various projects. SPEQS is actively developing capabilities to tailor product design, development, prototyping as well as product testing and certification. SPEQS development works are currently geared towards the modification and fabrication of aeronautical ground support equipment, marine support equipment and accessories.

We are pleased to inform that our Quality Management System has been audited and accredited to the ISO 13485:2016 for Medical Devices this year. In addition, we have also successfully been re-certified to the Aerospace standard AS 9100D & ISO 9001:2015 as well as the Occupational Health and Safety certification ISO 45001 & bizSAFE STAR.

Since 2022, SPEQS started to implement a fully automated customized Sanding cell which is powered by an offline robot with simulation software. This would allow generation of highly accurate and complicated tool path for the sanding process.
In tandem, we have also incorporated special zero datum clamping system across the majority of CNC machines to reduce reliance on skilled setters and also to allow offline setting. In addition this streamlines all our operations with the use of the same clamping system.
