25 years. Six colleagues. One incredible legacy.

Recently, the JJ-Lurgi came together to celebrate six colleagues reaching an extraordinary 25-year milestone.

Even more remarkable, we celebrated another six 25-year honourees last year. Twelve colleagues across two consecutive years, each contributing decades of experience, dedication and memories that have helped shape JJ-Lurgi.

From climbing Mount Kinabalu four times to keeping decades of company knowledge, turning a long-held dream into reality and being the trusted problem-solver behind the scenes, each honouree has their own story to tell.

To Shen Yingjia, Zubaidah, Feirouz Binti Mohemed Abdul Aziz, Tan Choon Seng and Ang Puek Fang, thank you for the years of commitment and for helping build the foundations we continue to grow on today 💙

After 57 employees stepped up for the challenge and 12 finalists completed two months of intensive training, Ariunbold, Khishigtsooj, Lkhagvatsend and Sainzaya have earned their places on the MSM Group team. 💪 Now, it’s time to put their strength, endurance and teamwork to the test!

Last Friday, we celebrated Richard’s 25 years by bringing together colleagues and friends who have shared different chapters of his career.

There were throwbacks to his younger days, plenty of laughter, heartfelt messages from colleagues and even a few stories about the years spent working together. One of the highlights came fromone of his colleague who shared how after working together for so long, Richard often knows exactly what needs to be done before a sentence is even finished. A beautiful celebration of the people, friendships and moments that have made it so special.
