This wasn’t a quick check.
It took us several days to run one full set – 115 cycles.

Each cycle = fully charge → fully drain → repeat.
We monitor every data point: capacity, internal resistance, temperature, voltage curve.
If anything deviates unexpectedly, we flag it – because that tiny anomaly could be a safety risk on your jobsite.
