Welcome our new colleague – Eckhart Müller!
We are pleased to welcome Eckhart to the team as Area Sales Manager Emergency Germany & driving schools in the Berlin area.

Eckhart brings more than a decade of experience in technical sales of professional simulator solutions, making him a strong addition to our organization. During his 12 years at SiFaT Roadsafety, he was responsible for the sales of advanced driving simulators, supporting customers throughout the entire lifecycle — from needs analysis and proposal development to delivery, installation coordination, and long-term customer support.

His background combines deep technical understanding with strong commercial skills, supported by earlier experience as a technical trainer, automotive test driver, and certified master automotive technician. This gives him an excellent understanding of both user requirements and the practical value of simulation technology.

With his experience in complex solution sales and long-term customer relationship development, Eckhart will contribute strongly to further strengthening our position in the simulator market.

Except for simulators, Eckhart has a strong interest in motorcycles. He is currently restoring an old motorcycle from East Germany. We look forward to seeing the result!

We are pleased to welcome Michal Zabost, who joins Tenstar as Area Sales Manager - becoming our first team member in Poland.

With over 20 years of experience in ag-tech and robotics, Michal brings strong expertise in industrial and agricultural machinery, mechatronics, and automation. In addition, he has more than 10 years of experience as a trainer and teacher in mechanisation and agrotronics, so he brings valuable insights into technical education.

His deep understanding of vocational schools, training institutions, and the broader education landscape in Poland—combined with knowledge of funding structures and market dynamics—makes him a key addition as we expand in the region.

In his free time Michal plays several instruments, including the accordion, piano, saxophone, and bass guitar. His whole family shares the musical interest, playing together in a local brass band. We hope to get the chance to hear Michal play sometime!

We’re excited to strengthen our presence in Poland and continue growing together.

𝗟𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 – 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲!
Moving a 30-ton machine safely on public roads is no simple task. In this hands-on simulation, participants step into the critical process of safely loading a tracked excavator onto a trailer — a task that demands precision, communication, and teamwork.

The exercise covers every essential step to ensure alignment, stability, and safety, requiring collaboration between the excavator operator and the loadmaster (Avatar user).

By mastering these procedures in a simulated environment, users build the confidence and skills needed to execute safe, efficient equipment transport in real-world operations.

Day 4 - here we go!

First three days of CONEXPO have been truly intense, the amount of visitors in our booth has been tremendous throughout each day. All the positive feedback and strong interest in our solutions is a great testament to our work!

Meeting up with Liebherr at Conexpo!

We recently reached an agreement with Liebherr to develop two new tower cranes for simulation-based training. These cranes will be a part of Tenstar’s Crane World, allowing users to train on multiple crane models in a realistic and controlled simulation environment.

Our CEO Freddy Lund met with Marco Guariglia, Managing Director Sales for Liebherr Tower Cranes, to confirm the agreement with a proper handshake.

This is how we like it: crowded!
First day of Conexpo our booth was so full of people you could barely see our simulators. The interest in our solutions is huge and our sales team will surely have a very busy week. What a great first day of this exhibition, now let’s do day 2!

What gets checked - gets prevented!

Prestart inspections are crucial to prevent situations that can be both expensive and unsafe. So obviously we offer a Prestart Inspection simulation for several of our machines and vehicles.

Go big or go small? Both!
We exhibit at some of the largest fairs in the world, with CONEXPO in Las Vegas coming up really soon. At these events we meet people in the industry, such as machine operators, business developers, and company owners.

But what about the young generation that still hasn’t entered a profession? Or people who want to change career? To offer some inspiration we attend smaller local events, like yesterday at Strömstad Career Day!

At events like this, schools and companies can inspire the visitors for their future plans. Yesterday we attracted a large crowd and might have met a couple of future machine operators!
