Here is how I measure and prepare to saw the billets in standing grain if I need to use wood that was sawn off!! I use a rectangle in the size I want the billet and then I track the grain from one side to the other and then saw a straight line that follows the start and finish of that line!!!! Quite time demanding method but it’s working tip top!! And I do this listening to playlist with Brandi Carlile, a great way to start a rainy Monday 🙏🏻❤️💪🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻💪🙏🏻❤️💪🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻💪🙏🏻❤️ on Thursday I’m gonna fly to the United States and !!!! Pirrigt 🤪

Making standing grain on the ash billets that are off!!! If the axe handles don’t have standing grain, it is no fun to send them. It is a bit to over do it, but it is our way to go 😍💥💃😍💥💃😍💥💃😍💥

Next carving club August 25!!! In Åkeshov 😍 our outdoor oasis 🙏🏻 come as you are, beginner or experienced. We have axes, knives, chopping blocks and wood for everyone 💪😎 no fee and no need to sign up. No organized teaching but we all help eachother and it’s nice if you bring some fiks or snacks to the table. Because we are outdoors, it’s also possible to bring hotdogs and grill yourself a hotdog! 😍🤩 last time outdoors for this year! Come!!! 17-20!
