Forsstrom High Frequency AB FORSSTROM HIGH FREQUENCY AB manufactures and sells machines for welding PVC and PU material through the use of high frequency (HF) technology.

FORSSTROM’s founder, Willy Forsström, began machine construction for HF welding back in the mid 1960s. The FORSSTROM company was founded in 1970. Initially, manufacturing was small scale, but over the years the company has progressed into becoming a world-leading supplier of HF welding equipment based upon advanced technology, with a comprehensive range of accessories and internally developed soft

ware. Forsstrom High Frequency AB has been a listed company since 2000. From the start, head office, manufacturing, marketing and sales has been situated in the picturesque coastal town of Lysekil, in the county of Bohus, on the west coast of Sweden. We sell and service our machines with the aid of a global network of representatives and service technicians. We also have a large international customer base. Our clients manufacture a great variety of products, such as truck and boat covers, tarps, tents, structures, sunshades, pool liners, billboards, inflatable products, liquid tanks, stretch ceilings, valve membranes and oil booms. Despite large development, FORSSTROM remains a family business, with two generations of the Forsström family playing active roles in the company.

A new welding platform developed for manufacturers working with technical textiles and thermoplastic materials.

The HW-W series combines precision seam control, high production speed, and improved energy efficiency compared to conventional hot-air systems.

Key capabilities:
