From odontophobia to a new smile with Injection Moulding Technique w/ Venus Diamond Flow 🦷

45-year-old male patient with odontophobia and tooth loss due to caries and periodontitis came seeking a new smile after being unhappy with his previous dentures.

Treatment included:
• Periodontal therapy and whitening
• Injection Moulding Technique (13–23) using Venus Diamond Flow A2 and Venus Pearl A1
• Composite restorations of 33–34 using Venus Diamond Flow A2 and Venus Pearl A1
• New upper and lower partial dentures

Whitening w/ VIVIDA HOME KIT + Edge Bonding | Minimally Invasive Aesthetic Dentistry 😁✨

A 31-year-old female patient with a history of very very high sensitivity to tooth whitening.
Tried different other whitening options before this treatment.

Vivida Home Kit 6% HPS whitening, used for 2 weeks. The patient completed the whitening protocol with no sensitivity.

Following whitening, the anterior teeth were refined with minimally invasive edge bonding to restore the incisal fractures and improve the overall smile line while preserving natural tooth structure.

Diastema Closure with Monochromatic Direct Composite Bonding🦷✨

Case made by Dr. Henrik Hjelte Hjelte Tandvård

Patient: 48-year-old woman with anterior diastema and desire for an improved, harmonious smile.

Treatment: A minimally invasive approach was selected. Whitening was performed as the first step to establish a brighter baseline shade. Following whitening, the anterior diastema was closed and the tooth proportions refined using direct composite bonding.

Material: Venus Pearl – Pure Light, Kulzer.

Outcome: The diastema was closed conservatively, with improved anterior proportions.

💭…..EVEN BEFORE saliva rehydration-and polishing - YES you saw and heard right !
When a monochromatic composite as Venus Diamond Pure blends this well...you know that simplicity works.

This patient had previously undergone several attempts at diastema closure, with restorations repeatedly fracturing, likely due to attrition. Following whitening, the existing restorations were replaced using Venus Pure Light and Venus Diamond OLC.

The images show the initial situation and the immediate post-operative result. Despite slight dehydration, the restoration already demonstrates excellent shade integration and a natural blending effect.

67-year-old female patient treated with VIVIDA 6% HPS whitening gel.

Start shade was A3, with very translucent enamel. Whitening was carried out gradually over an extended treatment period, progressing to A1.

Despite having previously tried several whitening gels on the market, the patient experienced minimal sensitivity with VIVIDA. 👌🏻

Following whitening, the aesthetic treatment was completed with composite restorations, integrating tooth whitening and restorative treatment to a harmonious result 😁

Anterior composite restorations require both an aesthetic eye and precise clinical technique. In this practical hands-on course, participants will practice common yet clinically challenging anterior restorative situations:
• Restoration of a Class IV cavity in the upper anterior region
• Rebuilding worn lower incisal edges using the edge build-up composite technique
• Masking labial discoloration in the lower anterior region
• Practical tips and techniques for closing lower anterior diastemas
