WIN@Höganäs recently partnered with the Penn Highlands Community College Police Academy for an interactive situational awareness training experience. Participants learned practical strategies for communication, de-escalation, and personal safety before putting those skills to the test in a state-of-the-art use-of-force simulator.

Thank you to Cory Fairman and the Police Academy for creating such an engaging and impactful learning opportunity—and to Italia Artisan Italian Goods for providing a delicious lunch. Experiences like this reflect WIN@Höganäs’s commitment to learning, connection, and personal development.

Recently, Höganäs in Germany made its debut at the Rammelsberger Steigerlauf, held around the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Rammelsberg in Goslar, one of Europe's most
significant historic mining sites, where more than 1,000 years of mining history provide a unique backdrop for the event. 🏃

As a company with roots in mining, Höganäs in Germany was proud to sponsor this special event for the first time. Several colleagues also embraced the challenge of the demanding
trail routes, tackling distances from 6.5 km to 21.1 km featuring steep climbs and significant elevation gain along the way.

Congratulations to all participants, and especially to our colleague who achieved an impressive 2nd place in the KupferWALK! 🥈

A big thank you to the organizing team for this fantastic event and the unique atmosphere at Rammelsberg.

Höganäs in Germany is already looking forward to returning to the Steigerlauf next year!

Premiere für Höganäs am Rammelsberg
In diesem Jahr waren wir erstmals beim Rammelsberger Steigerlauf rund um das UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe Rammelsberg in Goslar dabei. 🏃

Als Unternehmen mit Wurzeln im Bergbau waren wir stolz, dieses besondere Event erstmals als Sponsor zu unterstützen.
Gleichzeitig stellten sich einige unserer Kolleginnen und Kollegen den anspruchsvollen Trail-Strecken des SteigerLAUFs (10,5 km), ObersteigerLAUFs (21,1 km) und KupferWALKs (6,5 km) mit teilweise steilen Anstiegen und zahlreichen Höhenmetern.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch an alle Teilnehmenden und ganz besonders an unsere Kollegin, die beim KupferWALK einen starken 2. Platz erreichte! 🥈

Vielen Dank an das Organisationsteam für die tolle Veranstaltung und die einzigartige Atmosphäre am Rammelsberg. Wir freuen
uns schon darauf, auch im nächsten Jahr wieder dabei zu sein!

Yesterday, Mogi marked its 466th anniversary, and on Sunday, we enthusiastically took part in the 1st Mogi das Cruzes Half Marathon.

Höganäs Brazil joined forces with AGFE (Business Development Agency) to support a social cause, mobilizing employees and their families to participate in the initiative by covering the registration fees for 50 runners. In total, 385 participants were sponsored by AGFE member companies, resulting in a combined donation of R$ 25,000 to the Municipal Solidarity Fund—reinforcing a collective commitment to social responsibility and community support.

Health and solidarity in our city. Congratulations to Mogi and all the athletes! 🥳

Ontem Mogi completou 466 anos e no domingo, participamos com muita disposição da 1ª Meia Maratona de Mogi das Cruzes.

A Höganäs no Brasil, se juntou a AGFE Agencia de Fomento Empresarial, em prol da causa social e mobilizou colaboradores e familiares para participar da iniciativa custeando as inscrições de 50 participantes. Ao todo, foram 385 participantes custeados pelas empresas membros da AGFE, com uma doação total de R$ 25.000 ao Fundo Municipal de Solidariedade, reforçando o compromisso coletivo com a responsabilidade social e o apoio à comunidade.

Saúde e solidariedade na nossa cidade. Parabéns, Mogi e todos os atletas! 🥳

Ao longo dessa jornada, histórias como a de Sidnei Cabral, que há mais de 27 anos faz parte do desenvolvimento da empresa com o mesmo entusiasmo do primeiro dia e da Millena Sampaio, que iniciou sua trajetória conosco há apenas um mês, motivam a todos a fazer sempre o melhor!
