Day two in San Diego!

We're honestly blown away by all the support and interest from the coffee community of the USA and all international visitors who have stopped by to roast, brew and share a love of coffee.

For the third and final tomorrow, we look forward to sharing more roasting fun on the LINK with our friends at , seeing the Bloom in action with , and sharing a range of brewing tools with .

Thanks, Berlin! 🇩🇪

Today we hosted a 'Green to Cup' session in the German capital, showcasing a range of tools and methods in the process from green coffee to the final cup.

A selection of coffees from Colombia, Panama and Rwanda — chosen by .eu — were roasted to order using the LINK sample roaster, and brewed using the Bloom and Paragon to maximise flavour expression and consistency.

A huge thank you to .coffeeshop for hosting this session, to for making it happen and supplying Nucleus Coffee Tools products across Germany, and of course to everyone who attended and enjoyed the roasting, brewing and tasting process.

'Bean to Cup' workshop, Paris ☕

Thank you to all who attended the X .coffee workshop in Paris, in which we examined variables in coffee preparation from roasting through to brew bed preparation.

We're heading to HORECA in Athens, joining our friends at .sa for several days of roasting, brewing and sharing innovations with the Greek and Mediterranean coffee community.

Nucleus Coffee Tools director, Sam Corra will be providing live demonstrations with the LINK sample roaster, using algorithmic profiling and insights from more than 10 years of roasting data to show how sample roasting for coffee has advanced — and where it's heading.

Our time at the 2026 has come to an end, after a whirlwind few days of roasting, brewing and meeting both old friends and new.

Thank you to our gracious hosts and exclusive distributors of the LINK sample roaster, for allowing us to share our work, roast some incredible coffees and enjoy a great view of the competition stage.

A special thank you also to our friends at and , both of whom share our brewing and coffee preparation tools across the UAE. From hosting guests to showcasing our tools, you have helped us connect with baristas from across this great country.

Side by side with the Bloom ☕

During our first days here at , we have been lucky enough to be joined by a number of talented brewers and coffee professionals at the booth.

Our good friend has been brewing with our new tool, Bloom, showing how it helps to prepare brew beds, delivering better consistency, enhancing sweetness and minimising dryness.

Over the last several days, we've had the pleasure to connect with many people from the coffee communities of Stockholm and Malmö while showcasing the LINK roaster, extracting chilling techniques and the NCD Pulse.

We're heading to Sweden! 🇸🇪

To celebrate the launch of the sample roaster in Sweden, join the Nucleus Coffee Tools and Nordic Brew Lab teams for a multi-city 'Roast Tour' with live roasting and brewing demonstrations, presentations and a special bar takeover.

In both Stockholm and Malmö, we'll be hosting special events focused on the LINK roaster, including its use in coffee competitions, as well as other innovative coffee tools such as the Paragon and Paragon Espresso. To finish up, we'll be hosting a 'Green to Cup' bar takeover, roasting and brewing a curated menu of special coffees to order.
