Mats has been working at Alde since 2022, bringing with him a long background in export sales and marketing from various manufacturing companies in Skåne.
Today, he works as a Key Account Manager, focusing on developing sales both with existing customers and in new markets. His role also involves identifying opportunities in new countries where Alde can continue to grow.
– ”What I enjoy most is developing new business and seeing sales grow, while also seeing new customers become satisfied with the Alde system. It’s especially rewarding to follow a product all the way – from the first customer presentation to full-scale production.
A big part of Mats’ work is building strong relationships across different markets. From Poland and Turkey to the US, understanding customers and creating trust is just as important as delivering a high-quality product.
And who knows which market will be next for Alde?
