🔧 Your responsibilities:
Lead spare parts & service operations
Manage pricing, forecasting, and sales processes
Support customers and handle inquiries & complaints
Drive campaigns, reporting, and sales tools
Coordinate documentation and support our global sales team
You will lead a small team and report directly to our CCO.

🎯 You are someone who:
- Has experience from a similar role, ideally in an export‑driven industrial company
- Enjoys customer interaction and works in a structured, service‑oriented way
- Is fluent in Swedish and English
- Is comfortable traveling and using business/CRM systems

🏆 Vilken dag på Strandvallen! 🏆
I helgen hade vi förmånen att avsluta den allsvenska fotbollssäsongen tillsammans — hela 40 kollegor starka — när vi såg Mjällby AIF:s sista match för året. Stämningen var på topp, gemenskapen fantastisk, och att dessutom få vara på plats när laget lyfte pokalen som Svenska Mästare gjorde upplevelsen helt magisk! 💛🖤

Vi på LARSSON är stolta supportrar till Mjällby och stolta över vårt starka team. Sådana här dagar påminner oss om värdet av laganda – både på planen och på jobbet. 🙌

Igår var det dags för den årliga LARSSON-Sulzer gokarten!
14 hungriga förare gjorde upp om ära och berömmelse.
Dagen bjöd i sedvanlig ordning på perfekt väder och glatt humör.
Prispallen bestegs slutligen högst av den ständiga vinnaren JB, följt av Larssonbröderna som slogs om att bli första förlorare. Storebror slog givetvis lillebror. 😁
