"If we're in a crisis and need reused parts fast, they're always there for us."

Grateful for this feedback from a service manager with twenty years at Bilia Toyota, talking about Autocirc Kungsåra Bildemontering. With the purpose of building closer ties and sharing knowledge and experiences the company invited workshops, insurance companies and partners to their site in Västerås, Sweden, this summer.

Short lead times with fast deliveries, close communication together with a well-stocked inventory of high quality reused parts are key features that make a difference for us. We're happy that this is also what is highly valued and mentioned by our customers.

Autocirc headquarters is located in a listed historic former girls' school in central Borås, Sweden.

We have been based in this building – the same one you see in this turn-of-the-century photograph – for around four years. Two years ago we completed a major renovation, with tasteful interior details carefully chosen by Joy of Plenty. Rather than starting from scratch, we gave an old building new purpose – which, when you think about it, is exactly what we do every day with auto parts as well. We love it here, and the proximity to the city centre and commuting options doesn't hurt either.

But it's probably the contrast between grand stucco ceilings and the grind of our dismantling and work shop sites that keeps us grounded. This is home to Autocirc's central group-wide functions – an important complement to the sites that form the core of our operations and together drive our business forward.

Joakim from IT is based upstairs and has by far the best view from our balcony – isn't that right? 😄

What happens to a car after its very last drive? Happy to host a team from Volvo Cars Global Sustainability at Autocirc Walters Bildelar to find out. A chance to see how end-of-life vehicles (ELV) become a source of parts, materials, and data instead of scrap. Increasingly important considering how EU-regulation tightens around vehicle recycling and material recovery. But also to see first hand how total loss vehicles (TLV) - cars written off by insurance after an accident, are still full of reusable, high-quality parts. We are very happy to show how our dismantling facilities actually separates, assesses, and channels vehicles - and what that means for compliance, circularity, and parts reuse further down the chain. Great to see you here!

Thank you to GROUPAUTO International for including Autocirc on the EV Field Trip in Oslo last week.

It was a pleasure to welcome members and suppliers and share how vehicle dismantling and parts reuse fit into the wider vehicle value chain. Norway continues to lead the way in e-mobility, and days like this – connecting distribution, dismantling, battery reuse and recycling together with workshop practices – show just how fast the ecosystem is moving.

Our ambassador Hedda Hosaas Motorsport has done it again!

Despite a tough weekend with some setbacks, including the heat, Hedda and co-drive Pol Tibau fought their way to P3 at the Italian Baja, round four of the FIA Baja World Cup.

And those points matter: Hedda is now leading the SSV Baja World Cup! 🥇

From 2nd overall in Greece to championship leader after Italy, her season just keeps getting better. We couldn't be prouder to be her main partner on this journey. 💫

Huge congratulations, Hedda, this is seriously impressive! 🏁

Our ambassador Hedda Hosaas Motorsport keeps impressing!

At Round 3 of the FIA Baja World Cup in Greece, Hedda finished 2nd in her class and an incredible 3rd overall, holding her own against the sport's top categories. She also took home best junior and best female driver. A result to be seriously proud of! ❤️

Now there's more good news: Today Hedda is starting in the Italian Baja, taking place between 25–27 June, the fourth round of the championship, together with R-X Sport and Pol Tibau.

She's also still holding second place in the overall World Cup standings, which is seriously impressive. We're proud to be her main partner on this journey. 💫

We now wish her the best of luck in Italy!

The EU just rewrote the rules for end-of-life vehicles.

This week the European Parliament approved the new End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) Regulation, replacing a directive that had stood since 2000. For everyone working to keep parts and materials in circulation, this is a defining moment – reuse, remanufacturing and repair now take priority over disposal.

At Autocirc, this is exactly what we've been building: giving new life to cars across 70 companies in 7 European countries. We're glad to see the market moving towards a future where circularity is no longer the alternative – it's becoming the standard.

Last week, our CEO Hugues Delval took to the stage at the ATF Professional Vehicle Recycling Conference 2026 at the British Motor Museum in Gaydon.

The theme of the day was clear: collaboration, and thinking globally. The forces reshaping vehicle recycling – electrification, shifting insurer behaviour, battery management, circular economy policy – aren't confined to one market. They're playing out across Europe and around the world, and no single business can meet those challenges alone.

In Hugues' session, "From Waste to Value: Building a Scalable Circular Ecosystem in the Automotive Aftermarket", he shared what it takes to scale quickly in this industry, along with the story behind Autocirc's insurance-led business model. He spoke about markets like Norway – where EV adoption is the highest in Europe, making it a frontrunner – and a place where we get to develop and refine how we handle electric vehicles and their batteries.

It all ties back to our core focus: capturing value across the entire ecosystem of spare parts, by building stronger links between dismantlers, repairers, insurers and manufacturers.
