Happy Friday to you all! 🎉

Here we have another successful project completed for Dobuild, who we’d like to thank once again for choosing HTSCAFFOLDINGLTD for their scaffolding requirements.

So, let’s get into the project! 👇

Here we had a very tight front elevation, which we carefully maximised to provide as much working space as possible.

At the rear, we had a very tricky setup, where we had to install bridge beams over the neighbouring properties, using the neighbouring walls for support to ensure the structure was safely supported.

The scaffold was completed with four working platforms, providing safe and efficient access for multiple trades and works to be carried out throughout the project.

We also supplied and installed complete debris netting throughout, helping to prevent debris and materials from falling below and providing additional protection around the working areas. 👷‍♂️🦺

A big well done to our teams once again for all their hard work and effort. Another challenging project completed to a high standard! 💪

Good morning, everyone! 👋

Here we have another project successfully completed for WarmPro, who carry out multiple works across a wide range of locations throughout the country.

This time, the HTS team were in for a long road trip as we travelled all the way to Nottingham. 🚛💨

We never like to let our contractors down, so wherever the job takes us, we’ll do everything we can to get there and get the job done.

For this project, we provided three sides of independent scaffolding with one working platform, allowing the EWI and rendering works to be carried out safely and efficiently, with safe access provided throughout.

The scaffold was also finished with debris netting supplied and installed throughout, providing additional protection while the works are undertaken.

A massive well done to the HTS team for making the journey, getting the scaffold completed and ensuring everything was installed correctly and fully in accordance with our contractor’s specification. 💪🏗️

Good morning, everyone! 👋

Here we have the team over in Newbury High Street, carrying out an emergency scaffolding project for Kinash Ltd, where immediate action was required.

The roof had multiple tiles that were at serious risk of falling onto the pedestrian footpath below, creating a significant danger to the public. As a result, the area had been closed off prior to our works commencing.

So, let’s get into the project! 👇

Here we have two independent dolly towers, complete with a 12m bridge beam section spanning across the area. We also installed additional legs through the middle to provide extra support to the structure.

The scaffold was completed with four working platforms, allowing multiple works to be carried out to the property safely and efficiently, with safe access provided throughout.

We also supplied and installed debris netting throughout the scaffold, helping to prevent any loose debris or materials from falling onto the pedestrian footpath below. 👷‍♂️🦺

A big thank you to 314 Designs for supplying the required drawings to help us obtain the correct licences for the works.

Also, thank you to Alarms4Scaffolding for supplying the wireless alarm system and lighting to the uprights, helping ensure the scaffold is clearly visible to traffic while also providing a well-lit walkway for pedestrians. 💡🚶‍♂️

Good morning, everyone! 👋

Another successful project completed and handed over to Lorne Lofts, who will be carrying out and undertaking all works to the property.

For this project, we provided a full front elevation and rear L-shaped elevation, including a working platform to allow roofing works to be carried out safely and efficiently, with safe access provided throughout.

As always, we extended the scaffold at least 1.5 metres beyond either side of the property, ensuring the contractor has access to all areas and elements of the building from a safe and secure working platform.

We also supplied and installed a rubbish chute system at the loading area, allowing waste to be safely disposed of directly from the working levels into the skips below. 👇

Good morning, everyone! 👋

Here we have another successful project completed and handed over to the client. Let’s take a look at what was delivered.

This project was carried out for LMB, who will be undertaking all works to the property.

We provided three elevations of independent scaffolding, complete with one continuous working platform to allow the roofing works to be carried out safely and efficiently, with safe access maintained throughout.

We also supplied and installed a rubbish chute system at the loading area, allowing waste to be safely disposed of directly from the working levels into the skips below. 👇

The scaffold was finished with a complete temporary roof covering and Monoflex sheeting throughout, helping to protect the working areas from the elements and prevent water ingress while works are being carried out.

A massive well done to all our teams involved in this project for ensuring everything was completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. 👏

Good morning, everyone! 👋

Here we have a few more projects successfully completed and handed over to our clients, so let’s take a look! 👇

First up, we have one of our teams over on Hornsey Road, where they erected a 13ft independent access tower, providing safe and efficient access to all downpipes requiring works. Safe access was maintained throughout, allowing the team to carry out the works safely and efficiently.

Moving on to another team working in the Mitcham/Croydon area, where they erected three sides of independent scaffolding, 1m below gutter level, providing access for all gutters to be replaced and the façade works to be carried out. The scaffold included one continuous working platform with safe access provided throughout.

A huge well done to all our teams out on the road, continuing to ensure every project is carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard. 👏

Here we have another great project successfully completed for our valued client, BVS, who carry out maintenance works at Brampton Manor Academy.

Let’s take a closer look at what was involved.

We installed a 4m independent access staircase tower with three landings, providing safe and convenient access to the flat roof area.

Once on the roof, we also installed additional edge protection to allow the maintenance team to safely access and work on the air-conditioning units, with secure access to each point they need to reach.

Another benefit of the staircase access is the ability to transport materials safely and efficiently up to the working area. Alongside the staircase, a rope and wheel system was also installed, giving the team both options and making the movement of materials and equipment much easier.

The working area was completed with Harris fencing all around, securely separating the work zone and helping to prevent unauthorised access to the site.

A massive well done to the whole team for the hard work, effort and attention to detail that went into making this project happen. 👏

Good morning, everyone! 👋

Here we have another successful project completed and handed over to the client — so let’s take you through it from start to finish.

For this project, we obtained all the correct licences and approvals before any work commenced, with all associated costs discussed with the client beforehand so they were fully aware at every stage. Once we received the green light, our team got to work.

The licensing process took a little longer than usual, but throughout the entire process we kept the client fully informed with regular updates.

Moving on to the project itself, we installed a full front elevation scaffold, complete with two working platforms to allow roofing works to be carried out safely and efficiently.

The scaffold was fully enclosed with Monoflex sheeting throughout, helping to prevent debris from falling below — particularly important given the location on a busy high street.

To the rear of the property, we also installed an independent access tower, complete with a working platform for the roofing works, along with safe and secure access throughout.

With a project like this, there are always many different elements, trades and people involved, so we’d like to say a big thank you to Alarms4Scaffolding for supplying the wireless lighting and to 314 for the great designs as always, allowing us to present the correct plans to the council.
