Good morning, all! 👋

Here we have another project successfully completed for one of our valued contractors, Demand & Deliver, who continue to use our services across their projects. We really appreciate the continued trust and support.

Let’s take a look at this one. 👇

We supplied and installed an independent access tower measuring 2.4m in length and reaching 15m in height, complete with six working platforms to provide safe and practical access for multiple works and inspections to the property.

The tower was also fully finished with debris netting supplied and installed throughout, helping to prevent any debris or materials from falling below and ensuring a safer working environment.

And this is why contractors use our services. 💪

Once our contractor gave us the go-ahead, we had the design completed within one day, followed by the application being submitted the next day. The required licence was then obtained just seven days later.

We handled the entire process from design through to approval and installation, allowing our contractor to focus on the other important aspects of their project while we took care of the access requirements.

Another great job by our team, as always, ensuring everything was completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Another large project successfully completed and handed over to our client—let’s take a look!

Our team returned to Templewood Avenue in Hampstead to erect scaffolding to the front and both side elevations, providing one continuous working platform with additional hop-ups where required. This ensured safe and efficient access to every area of the property, allowing the decorating works to be carried out to the highest standard while maintaining a safe working environment throughout.

We also erected scaffolding to both sides of the garage, creating safe and practical access for the contractors to complete their works efficiently.

A huge thank you to Amirilan for once again choosing our services. We also want to thank our hardworking team for their dedication and professionalism in delivering another high-quality project.

We’ve got a few more projects successfully completed and handed over to our clients, so let’s take a look at them.

First up, one of our teams has completed a project in Hackney, where we erected a full front and rear elevation scaffold to facilitate multiple trades working on the property. The scaffold featured three working platforms, allowing all works to be carried out safely and efficiently while providing safe access throughout.

Next, another of our teams completed a project in Shepherd’s Bush, where they erected a full front elevation scaffold for decorating works. This scaffold also included three working platforms, ensuring the works could be completed safely and efficiently with secure access provided at all times.

Another project successfully completed and handed over to our client. Here’s a closer look at the work.

Our team was working in Regent’s Park, where we erected a 14m full front elevation scaffold complete with six working platforms, providing safe and efficient access for multiple trades. The primary works involved decorating the property’s entire façade, with safe access maintained throughout the project.

The scaffold was fully fitted with debris netting to help prevent materials from falling below, ensuring the safety of both the workforce and the public while works were carried out.

We hope you all had a fantastic weekend. Here’s a look at a few more projects that have now been completed and successfully handed over to our clients.

📍 Chessington

One of our teams completed independent scaffolding to three sides of the main house and new extension, providing two working platforms to allow multiple trades to carry out their work safely and efficiently. Safe access was provided throughout the duration of the project.

📍 Leyton

Another of our teams successfully completed scaffolding to the front elevation, including two working platforms around the bay window. This enabled multiple works to be carried out safely and efficiently, with safe access maintained throughout.

Good afternoon!

Another successful project completed for Amirilan in Swiss Cottage.

This scaffold was designed and erected to provide safe, efficient access to both the front and rear elevations of the property. Featuring five working lifts, it allows multiple trades to carry out works safely across the entire building, with dedicated access also provided to the front chimney.

The project was completed with debris netting supplied and installed to the front elevation, along with a scaffold alarm system installed by Alarms4Scaffolding, helping to enhance the security and safety of the property throughout the duration of the works.

A big thank you to Amirilan for their continued support and for the opportunity to work alongside such a great company. It’s always a pleasure working together.

Another project successfully completed and handed over to the client! 👏

A huge shoutout to our team for another fantastic job delivering this challenging project safely, professionally, and to the highest standard.

This project involved erecting a full front high street scaffold elevation. We installed two dolly towers with bridge beams spanning over the shop below, creating the foundation for a fully boarded, accessible scaffold.

The scaffold featured four working platforms, providing safe and efficient access for multiple façade and roofing works to be completed.

To protect members of the public, we also supplied and installed full debris netting, preventing any materials from falling into the pedestrian area below while works were being carried out.

Many people don’t realise what’s involved before a scaffold like this can even be erected.

From start to finish, we manage the entire process, including:

✅ Obtaining the correct scaffold design
✅ Applying for the required pavement licence
✅ Submitting all documentation to the local authority
✅ Paying all licence fees on your behalf
✅ Securing approval (typically within 8–10 working days once your deposit has been received)
✅ Erecting the scaffold safely and efficiently
✅ Carrying out regular inspections and maintaining the structure for the duration of its time on the highway

And yes—we hold all the required insurance, accreditations, and approvals needed to work with many local councils.

Another project successfully completed and handed over to the client! 👏

Let’s take a look at this fantastic scaffold installation.

This project features scaffolding to three elevations with two working lifts, providing safe access for a wide range of works to the top-floor flat, including roofing, decorating, brickwork repointing, and several other trades. There’s plenty happening on this project, and we can’t wait to see the finished result.

To the front of the property, we erected an independent scaffold complete with a designated loading bay, allowing materials to be stored and handled safely. We also installed a rubber debris chute system to ensure the safe disposal of waste from site.

At the rear, we constructed a bridged beam section spanning over the existing glass roof to create a safe working platform while protecting the structure below. To provide additional support, we installed cantilevered beam sections to the side elevation, forming another bridged section that gives contractors safe and efficient access to carry out their work.

The scaffold is fully enclosed with a temporary roof covering and Monoflex sheeting throughout, helping to keep the working areas dry and protected from the weather while works are in progress.
