Square One Engineering | New Project
We are pleased to announce that Square One Engineering has been appointed to provide construction supervision services for the maintenance and reinstatement works at an industrial facility in the Bahri Industrial Zone, Khartoum — a facility that sustained considerable structural damage as a result of the ongoing conflict in Sudan.
The attached images reflect the extent of damage to the facility’s roof structure, including impact-induced perforations and fire damage affecting the metal cladding and insulation systems.
Our scope of services encompasses the following:
• Engineering condition assessment of damaged structural and architectural components
• Technical review and approval of repair methodologies and contractor submittals
• Full-time on-site supervision and quality assurance of all reinstatement works
• Verification of compliance with applicable engineering standards and safety regulations
• Progress monitoring, documentation, and technical reporting
