اختتمت الشركة العالمية للصناعات البحرية مشاركتها في المؤتمر السعودي البحري واللوجستي 2026، بعد يومين من اللقاءات مع قادة القطاع وشركائه لتبادل الرؤى والأفكار واستكشاف فرص التعاون التي تدعم تطوير القطاع البحري في المملكة العربية السعودية.

International Maritime Industries concluded its participation in the Saudi Maritime & Logistics Congress 2026 following two days of connecting with industry leaders and partners, exchanging insights and exploring opportunities for collaboration to support the advancement of Saudi Arabia’s maritime sector.

وقّعت الشركة العالمية للصناعات البحرية وشركة لامبريل، أحد المساهمين المؤسسين في الشركة، اتفاقية لتصنيع مجموعة من المنشآت البحرية تشمل منصات الإنتاج وهياكل دعم المنصات البحرية، وذلك لأول مرة في مجمع الشركة الصناعي برأس الخير ضمن مشروع بحري للهندسة والمشتريات والبناء والتركيب تنفذه لامبريل.

وتمثل الاتفاقية محطة مهمة في الشراكة بين الجانبين وخطوة جديدة في توسيع قدرات الشركة وتعزيز التوطين ونقل المعرفة في المملكة.

International Maritime Industries (IMI) and Lamprell, a founding shareholder of IMI, have signed an agreement to manufacture a series of offshore structures, including production platforms and jackets, for the first time at IMI’s industrial complex in Ras Al-Khair as part of an offshore EPCI project delivered by Lamprell.

The agreement marks an important milestone in the partnership and a significant step in expanding IMI’s capabilities while advancing localization and knowledge transfer in Saudi Arabia.

تحتفي الشركة العالمية للصناعات البحرية بإنجاز تاريخي مع عميلها شركة أرو (ARO)، والمتمثل في رفع العلم السعودي على الحفارة البحرية ذاتية الرفع ARO 50 (بوب بالمر)، والتي تعد واحدة من أكبر حفارات الحفر البحرية ذاتية الرفع في المنطقة.

وأقيمت هذه المناسبة في حوض بناء السفن التابع للشركة بمدينة رأس الخير، بحضور ممثلين من الهيئة العامة للنقل، في خطوة جديدة تدعم تطلعات المملكة في القطاع البحري وتعزز مكانتها المتنامية كمركز عالمي للصناعات البحرية والمنشآت البحرية.

International Maritime Industries (IMI) is honored to celebrate a historic milestone with its client, ARO Drilling, the raising of the Saudi flag on ARO 50 (Bob Palmer), one of the largest offshore jack-up drilling rigs in the region.

Held at IMI’s Shipyard in Ras Alkhair, the landmark ceremony was attended by representatives from the Transport General Authority (TGA), underscoring yet another key step in supporting Saudi Arabia’s maritime aspirations and strengthening the Kingdom’s growing position as a global hub for maritime and offshore industries.

في محطة بارزة في مسيرتها، أكملت الشركة العالمية للصناعات البحرية بنجاح أول مشروع متكامل للصيانة والإصلاح والتجديد (MRO) للحفارة ARO 55 ضمن الفحص الدوري الخاص (SPS)، في الحوض الجاف للشركة.

ونُفذ المشروع بأمان ضمن الجدول الزمني وفق أعلى معايير الجودة، محققًا أكثر من نصف مليون ساعة عمل آمنة دون حوادث. كما حافظت الشركة على التزامها في التنفيذ، مع استيعاب نطاقات عمل إضافية والحفاظ على سير المشروع.

Marking a significant milestone, International Maritime Industries (IMI) successfully completed its first major Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) project for the Special Periodic Survey (SPS) of ARO 55 at IMI’s dry dock.

Delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards, the project surpassed half a million safe manhours without incident. IMI maintained strong commitment and ex*****on discipline, accommodating additional scope while sustaining project momentum.
