MTGC Maintenance Service has a dedicated staff of highly skilled professionals with solid foundation in Building Services. The Division are as follows:
*DLP Maintenance – This program serves MTGC commitment to quality service during the “Defect Liability Period” (DLP). The DLP is the year after which a new project under construction has been completed and is under warranty.
*Contract Maintenance – Contract Maintenance is the primary method which maintenance coverage is offered. The maintenance team creates a detailed, tailor made maintenance program on a per project basis.
*On Call Maintenance – This program is for the one-off callers who may require repairs done without upfront cost of an annual maintenance contract. These customers are generally residential. QUALITY:
