Responsibilities
· We are looking for a creative individual to join our team as an Architectural Designer.
· The responsibilities of the Architectural Designer creating drawings, designs, and layouts.
· have excellent technical skills and be proficient in computer-aided software.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in architecture.
· 6+ years of experience in architecture.
· Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
· Proficient in3D max programs.
· Coordinate preliminary architectural studies for major new and alterations to existing and site development.
· Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
· Visualize 3d renders using 3d max or similar programs.
· Modify existing plans and elevations to fit client and sales needs.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in architecture.
· Excellent technical skills, particularly with CAD software and SketchUp-Revit Architecture.3Ds Max Lumion. - AutoCAD 2D Photoshop
· Previous experience in similar field in saudia arabia .
