RELATIONSHIP TO JCD MASTER PLAN
The pier architecture is an extension of the baharat style , forming a village cluster that gradually transforms into a boardwalk. Two baharat spaces; the beach plaza and festival village fuse the pier into the JCD district.

The modern pier design strategically divides the structure into distinct zones—such as waterfront promenades, recreational and play areas, activity zones, sea gallery zones, beach plaza massing and retail zones.
These clearly defined areas not only accommodate diverse activities like leisure, commerce, and culture but also promote environmental resilience and accessibility, creating a vibrant and sustainable public space.
