We are hiring Hardware Development Engineer:

Profile:
-University or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electro-Mechanics, or a related engineering field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware development or a similar engineering role;
- Strong willingness to continuously learn, grow, and deepen expertise within the Hardware & Electronics domain;
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with strong analytical thinking skills;
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities;
- Fluency in English and/or German;
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Design and development of hardware solutions for automotive applications (e.g., steering wheel switches and related systems);
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into clear and comprehensive hardware specifications;
- Create and review electronic schematics and related documentation;
- Contribute to defining, optimizing, and implementing hardware development processes and PCB layout workflows;
- Collaborate effectively with international, cross-functional development teams;
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and internal development procedures.

Profile:
- University Degree: in Mechanics/ mechatronics or Electro-mechanics;
- Experience with plastics materials/metals;
- Tolerance / dimensional stack ups;
- Experience in CAD – NX – 2D&3D;
- Communication skills: Coordination tasks, communicative person, assertiveness, clear presentations;
- Proficient in English (B2 or higher);
- Good technical knowledge, analytical thinking.

Nice to have:
- Experience in automotive or similar: more than 3 years;
- Experience in Design/ Development of mechatronic components;
- Previous experience in technical analysis for haptics solution.

Responsibilities:
- Development of concepts, detailed design and documentation for the projects;
- Internal technical communication with required departments;
- Research for new innovative solution;
- Create and review tolerance chain / dimensional stack ups;
- Develop components in NX – 2D&3D;
- Analyze samples, evaluate measurements reports and propose optimization;
- Management and review of ME requirements.

- Focus pe reparatiile autovehiculelor, schimbarea componentelor, diagnosticarea defectelor, remedierea defectelor aparute in timpul testelor, indeplinirea cerintelor conform caietului de sarcini
- Asigura functionarea autovehiculelor, respectiv al remorcilor;
- Dezmembrarea componentelor de pe autovehiculele de teste;
- Documentarea conform cerintelor clientului;
- Raporteaza zilnic sefului de atelier;
- Disponibilitate de a lucra suplimentar in cazul in care este nevoie urgenta.

Cerinte:
- Stapanirea limbii germane la nivel conversational si scris este obligatoriu;
- Pregatire mecanic auto;
