The real thing We provides products and services for the brewery, beverage, food processing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

We as company have as main object of activity production, mechanical installation and industrial insulation of stainless steel equipment for the chemical and food industry. We own a production workshop of 1600 sqm located in Cluj-Napoca equipped with equipment specific to our activity:
- TIG and MIG-MAG welding machines brand Esab and EWM
- Portable Polysoude orbital welding machine for pipes up t

o 170 mm diameter / 3 mm thick
- Automatic cutting machines for round and rectangular pipes up to 300 mm
- Grinding machines for the production of stainless steel tanks
- Bending press 3000 mm
- Tank conical heads forming machine
-Lathe and mill

Our company is TUV-South certified for the production of pressure equipment in accordance with the PED EN 13445 standard, and the welders hold TUV certifications. Also our company is ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified. The design department consists of two engineers specialized in 3D / 2D design. Depending on your needs, we can provide qualified personnel for mechanical installation works and industrial insulation in Romania and in Europe.

Suntem fericiți să vă anunțăm faptul că am adăugat în portofoliul nostru un nou echipament, mai exact o mașină de debitat cu laser.
Laserul nostru dispune de o putere de 6kW, este capabil să debiteze atât țevi (rotunde, pătrate și dreptunghiulare) la un gabarit de: diametru exterior maxim de 225 mm, cu o lungime maximă a țevii de 6200 mm, putând avea o greutate maximă de până la 300 kg, cât și table cu un gabarit maxim de 1500x3000 mm, de până la 25 mm grosime (oțel carbon), și până la 15mm grosime (inox și aluminiu).

We are happy to announce you that a new equipment has been added to our portofolio, more precisely a laser cutting machine.
Our laser machine has a power of 6 kW and it is able to cut pipes (round, square, rectangular), with the following maximum dimensions: 225 mm external diameter, a length of 6200 mm and a weight of 300 kg, as well as sheets with the following maximum dimensions: 1500x3000 mm, up to 25 mm thick (carbon steel) or up to 15 mm thick (stainless steel and aluminum).

One of our daily activities at the workshop is the production of conical or flat lids for various customers. These lids are made of stainless steel, with diameters ranging from 600 mm to 6000 mm and thicknesses from 2.5 mm to 8 mm.

Una dintre activitățile noastre zilnice din atelier este producția de capace conice sau drepte pentru diverși clienți. Aceste capace sunt fabricate din otel inoxidabil, cu diametre cuprinse între 600 mm și 6000 mm si cu o grosime cuprinsă între 2,5 mm și 8 mm.
