This building's all about those horizontal overhanging eaves. We're talking about these super thin concrete overhangs that stretch over 3 meters, creating these sharp geometric shapes. It's cool how they take inspiration from traditional tropical architecture for shading but give it a modern minimalist twist. & The front area has this mirror water feature and metal louvers that create this interesting play between what's real and what's reflected. It makes you walk this winding path before you even get inside.
