Project Overview:

During the major turnaround, our dedicated team of specialized crew serviced various turbomachinery, handling different oil types, grades and volumes. Despite complex challenges, our team ensured seamless ex*****on with ZERO incidents, contributing to the client’s GOAL ZERO target.

Scope of Work:
-1- L**e oil pre-filtration.
-2- Tank and filter draining.
-3- Comprehensive cleaning of tanks, filters, and coolers.
-4- Oil replacement.
-5- Detailed l**e oil flushing, preparation, and system normalization.

We are proud to share that our Valve Department has successfully completed a major shutdown activity as a subcontractor for one of the leading oil and gas shutdown contractors.

Despite a very tight timeline, our team delivered the removal, overhaul, certification, and reinstallation of more than 300 valves, ranging from 3” to 36”, covering a full spectrum of valve types including manual valves, CVs, SDVs/BDVs, and MOVs.

This achievement highlights the strong capabilities of our Valve Department in delivering comprehensive, fast, and reliable shutdown services, even under highly challenging schedules.
