​1. Environmental & Sustainability Officer

○ ​Experience: Minimum 3 years of overall & relevant construction experience.

○ ​Qualifications: Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Management preferred.

○ ​Key Responsibilities: CESMP, environmental inspections, KPIs, non-conformance monitoring, compliance & reporting.

​2. OHSS Manager

○ ​Experience: 10 years total; including 5 years in major Roads / Infrastructure / Drainage projects.

○ ​Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering or Science + NEBOSH Diploma/Level 6, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, CMIOSH or equivalent.

○ ​Key Responsibilities: Lead H&S/Security management, inspections, audits, risk & emergency management, incident prevention, and compliance.

​3. PR Representatives

○ ​Experience: Up to 4 years total; preferably 2 years of relevant PR/communications experience.

○ ​Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Secondary School Certificate + specialized training (depending on grade).

○ ​Key Responsibilities: Public engagement, complaint resolution, door-to-door outreach, project updates, events, help-lines, and community relations.

○ ​Requirements: Arabic & English fluency is essential.

​4. Senior Handover Engineer

○ ​Experience: 10 years overall; including 5 years of regional handover experience.
​Qualifications: Engineering Degree in a relevant discipline.

○ ​Key Responsibilities: Lead handover, inspections/testing, snag closure, as-built documents, O&M manuals, commissioning, and PWA handover requirements.
