The metal superstructure supports the front near the air grid and the back beneath the worktop. An additional shelf is placed between the front uprights and can be enhanced with under shelf lighting, maintaining a suitable temperature for meat. At the back, double-glazed sliding lids ensure a sealed cabinet, keeping the cold air contained, with reversed airflow for maximum efficiency.
