Following successful FAT in Portugal, our partners at AMOB UK completed the installation and commissioning of the 53-tonne, fully electric CNC tube bending machine. 🤩
A new step in strengthening tube production capabilities for naval, maritime and heavy industrial projects in the UK.

This project required bending tubes with assemblies already mounted on both ends, a true engineering challenge. 😯
With dedicated tooling modif**ations and an optimized bending cycle, we ensured collision-free operation, efficiency and high-quality results.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
All of this was achieved with our eMOB LR, using a multi-stack setup with 4 tools in stack, proving that even a compact machine can deliver highly customized and complex solutions. 👏
