Our team in Czechia is taking a significant step towards more sustainable operations by switching its service van fleet to HVO (Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil) fuel, a transition that can reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 80% compared to conventional diesel.

To support this transition, a HVO fuel tank was installed at Czechia’s headquarters, making it easier to refuel Service Vans with this more sustainable fuel alternative.

A change with a meaningful impact to drive a sustainable shift.

Our team in Portugal joined industry professionals, customers and partners at the 14th edition of ExpoFlorestal, the largest forestry, agriculture and environmental fair in the Iberian Peninsula, which brought together around 150 exhibitors and 30,000 visitors.

Throughout the event, visitors had the opportunity to explore forestry solutions and technologies designed to support the sector's operational challenges. One of the highlights was the international launch of the new Ponsse harvester head, presented to visitors during the event.

A great showcase of innovation, expertise and partnership in one of the most important sectors for Ascendum.

This May, Ascendum Portugal brought together around 150 operators and companies from the forestry sector for the Ascendum Experience – Forestry Challenge, an event focused on training, knowledge sharing and hands-on experiences in real operating conditions.

Across four different stations, participants tested machines, simulators and practical challenges focused on safety, operational efficiency and best practices in the field.

More than an equipment demonstration, the initiative delivered an immersive experience connecting professionals, technology and technical expertise with the day-to-day reality of the forestry sector.

Ascendum Türkiye took part in SAKARYA İŞ-MAK FEST, the largest open-air construction and material handling machinery festival in Türkiye.

Bringing together more than 40 leading brands and thousands of visitors, the event stood out for its live machine demonstrations and real-time technology showcases.

At the fair, our team welcomed visitors to discover and experience Volvo and LGMG solutions designed for today’s operational challenges, reinforcing Ascendum’s presence in the Turkish market.
