Today we are spotlighting the Hallite SSP. A double-acting, o-ring energized, rotary swivel seal.

The Hallite SSP is designed to be used to seal outer diameters of shafts, bores, swivels, and other applications with rotating or oscillating movement. The SSP rotary seal has one or two machined grooves in the face ring, depending on the face-ring cross-section, that function to improve sealing against the surface while trapping lubrication and reducing surface contact area, thereby reducing running friction.

It's Product Day! Today's hero is the Hallite 657 fl**ge seal

The 657 seal is designed to fit SAE J518 fl**ges. It overcomes high pressure and shock loading, which commonly cause pumping problems when using O-rings in fl**ge sealing applications, preventing reliable sealing.

The Hallite 657 is moulded in Hythane® 181, Hallite’s high-performance polyurethane, for easy installation and excellent low temperature performance. It is also offered in an industrial standard grade of polyurethane.
