Learn Freediving with João Filipe da Costa (FII Freediving Instructor Level1 & Level2 and 8x Freediving Record Holder for Portugal)
João Costa is one of the best Portuguese Freedivers and has set 8 National Freediving Records for Portugal since 2005. He started teaching freediving in 2007 to his friends, but it was only in 2014 that he became a certified FII* Freediving Instructor Professional. He now teaches FII Level 1 and Level 2 freediving courses both in English and Portuguese. He is also available for private freediving classes, training and talks about safety, equipment, breathing, relaxation, technique, equalization, physiology and other subjects related to freediving.
